Common UAE–India routes
The requirements are the same for every Indian international airport, including Delhi, Mumbai, Kochi, Kozhikode, Thiruvananthapuram, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Lucknow, Jaipur, Amritsar and others. In the Air Suvidha form, select your arrival airport first — the airline and flight lists load only after that.
The same forms apply if you're flying from Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait or Bahrain.

Do Indian workers coming back from UAE need Air Suvidha?
Yes. It applies to all international arrivals, including Indian citizens returning from the UAE and other Gulf countries.
Do I need the e-Arrival Card with an Indian passport?
No. Indian passport holders are exempt. It's for foreign nationals and OCI cardholders.
I'm an OCI cardholder living in Dubai. What do I need?
Air Suvidha, the India e-Arrival Card, your foreign passport and your OCI card. OCI holders are not exempt from the e-Arrival Card.
I'm transiting through Dubai from another country. Which country do I enter as first boarding?
The country where your journey to India started — not Dubai. Select the transit option in Air Suvidha and list every country visited in the last 21 days.
Can I fill it at Dubai airport?
Yes, if you're within 72 hours of landing. But fill it before you leave home — it's faster with a stable connection and no boarding pressure.
Are these forms free?
Yes. Both are free on official Government of India portals.
