SignRight ("the Service") is a web-based PDF tool platform operated by MicroTech Cloud LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the United States. The Service is accessible at signright.io.
You must be at least 18 years old to use SignRight. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.
You may use SignRight to process PDF files and legal form documents for lawful personal and commercial purposes. You agree not to:
Certain features of SignRight require a one-time payment to download processed files. All prices are displayed in USD. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a payment you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment card details.
All sales are final except as described in our Refund Policy. There are no recurring subscriptions unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
SignRight provides legal form templates for informational and convenience purposes only. These templates are not legal advice. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal services. Template documents are provided as starting points and may not be suitable for your specific situation, jurisdiction, or circumstances.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any document you create, sign, or execute is legally valid and appropriate for your use case. We strongly recommend having important legal documents reviewed by a licensed attorney before execution.
Electronic signatures created with SignRight are generally legally binding under the US ESIGN Act (2000) and UETA, as well as the EU eIDAS Regulation, for standard commercial agreements. However, certain documents — including wills, codicils, testamentary trusts, family law court orders, and notices of utility termination — may require wet ink or notarized signatures under applicable law. You are responsible for determining the legal requirements for your document.
The SignRight website, brand, design, code, and tool interfaces are the intellectual property of MicroTech Cloud LLC. You retain full ownership of any documents you upload, process, or create. We do not claim any rights over your files.
Legal form templates provided by SignRight may be used freely for personal and commercial purposes. You may not resell the templates themselves or represent them as your own original work without modification.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT OUTPUT FILES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
We are not responsible for data loss. Always keep a backup of your original files before processing.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MICROTECH CLOUD LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MicroTech Cloud LLC and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or are using the Service in a way that harms us or others. You may stop using the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which MicroTech Cloud LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis (not as a class action) under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
