How to Request a Refund

Email support@signright.io within 7 days of your purchase with:

Your order / payment reference number (found in your Stripe receipt email)
The email address used at checkout
A brief description of the issue (optional — but helps us improve)

We process refunds within 1–3 business days. Funds typically appear back on your card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Payments for legal form templates
Payments for PDF tool processed downloads

What's Not Covered

Refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase
Fraudulent chargebacks — we reserve the right to contest chargebacks where a refund was already issued

We do not offer partial refunds. If you purchased multiple items in a single transaction and only one had an issue, contact us — we'll handle it case by case.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback before contacting us, we may be unable to issue a refund through our normal process. Please email us first — we resolve disputes quickly and you won't need to go through your bank.
