How to Edit or Update Your Thailand TDAC
Made a typo, changed flights or never got the confirmation email? Most TDAC details can be fixed on the official portal in a couple of minutes. A few can't — for those you submit a new one.

Common situations
My flight was delayed or rebooked
Update your flight details. If the new arrival date falls outside the 3-day window, wait until the window opens and submit a new TDAC.
I didn't get the confirmation email
- Check spam, junk and promotions folders.
- Check you typed the email correctly.
- If you downloaded the TDAC after submitting, that file is enough — immigration needs the QR code, not the email.
- Still nothing? Submit a new TDAC; the latest one counts.
I lost my QR code
Search your inbox for the TDAC email. If it's gone, submit a new TDAC before you travel.
I'm arriving on a different day than I entered
A TDAC is valid only for the arrival date on it. Update it, or submit a new one once you're within 3 days of the new date.
I made a mistake in a family group submission
Fix the affected traveller's details with Update Arrival Card. If the mistake is in that person's name, passport number, nationality or date of birth, submit a new TDAC for them.
Frequently asked questions

My flight changed. Do I need a new TDAC?

Can I submit the TDAC more than once?
Yes. You can submit again with corrected information, and the most recent submission is treated as valid.
I renewed my passport after submitting. What now?
Passport number can't be edited, so submit a new TDAC with your new passport details.
