Who Needs the SG Arrival Card? Residents, Transit & Land Arrivals
Unlike most arrival cards, Singapore's applies to residents too: every traveller entering by air or sea submits the SG Arrival Card, with only two main exemptions.
Who this is for: anyone unsure whether they need the SGAC — visitors, residents, transit passengers.
