For anything about how the site works, suggestions for new tools, or reports that a tool is not behaving as expected, email hello@signright.io. If a tool failed, tell us which one, which browser and device you were using, and roughly what the file was (for example, a 12-page scanned PDF). Please do not attach confidential documents. We do not need your files to investigate a problem.
SignRight is currently free, but if you made a payment before the site became free and believe you are owed a refund, write to support@signright.io with your payment reference. See the Refund Policy for details.
To ask what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to raise any concern about advertising or analytics cookies, email privacy@signright.io. We respond to data requests within 30 days. Our Privacy Policy explains your rights under laws such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR and the CCPA.
Entry requirements and tax rules change often. If you notice that a travel form guide, the India arrival checker or a W-8BEN explanation no longer matches the official source, please email hello@signright.io with a link to the official page showing the change. We review these reports and update the affected page, and the "last verified" date at the bottom of each guide shows when it was last checked.
